• Where Is Bare Cactus From?
  Bare Cactus operations are based in Melbourne, Australia. Our products are designed in Australia and sourced from around the world. For example, our leather jackets are sourced and made in Bali, Indonesia.
• How to Care For Your Bare Cactus Products?

  Bare Cactus leather jackets are made from supple lambskin leather. This type of leather is already smooth and not stiff in comparison to other leathers. You will find you do not need to break it in as it is already ready to be worn. As you wear your jacket over time it will soften up and mold to your body giving it an even more “lived-in” feel.

  If you take care of your leather jacket it will last a lifetime. We recommend if storing your leather jacket to ensure it is placed in a well aired wardrobe, at the very least opening your wardrobe to let in fresh air. If you live in a humid area, using a moisture absorber that can be placed in your closet/wardrobe which will help prevent mould and mildew as well as combat musty odours.

  If your leather jacket gets caught out in the rain we suggest that you gently wipe down with some alcohol-free wipes (baby wipes are the best as designed to be gentle) and leave to air dry.

  If you feel like your jacket needs a bit of TLC we suggest using the Collonil Leather Gel to repel water and dirt or the Collonil 1909 Leather Lotion which can nourish and rejuvenate the leather. Please follow the instructions as per these products.

  For any other leather Bare Cactus including wallets and card holder products we recommend wiping with alcohol-free wipes and the Collonil products as mentioned above.

  Please Note: FOR ANY LEATHER DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WASH. DRY CLEAN ONLY BY A LEATHER SPECIALIST CLEANER.

• What Size Should I Order?

  Sizing chart for women’s and men’s leather jackets are listed below. Please note, each jacket is designed to have a slightly oversized feel and not meant to be worn tight to the body. Lambskin leather softens over time so please note this when picking a size. If you have any questions about specific sizing please email hello@barecactus.com and we will happy to assist.

• Shipping

  Bare Cactus offers FREE domestic shipping within Australia.

  International shipping has a cost of $10 AUD for items under $300 AUD. For items greater than $300 AUD shipping is set at a flat fee of $30 AUD.
  We use Australia Post for all orders.

  Pricing is set in Australian dollars.

  *Please note all parcels sent will require signature on delivery and if not home a card will be left.*

  Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email that will contain your tracking number.

  Bare Cactus design is defined as streamlined minimalism and our wallets and card holders are just this whilst maintaining functionality. Our goal is to allow you to shrink the size of your wallet so you carry only what you truly need 😉. Our wallets and card holders are designed in Australia.

• Bare Cactus Jewellery Care

  Bare Cactus recommends the following to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.

  1. When not in use your jewellery should be stored. This includes inside the pouch you received with your Bare Cactus piece.

  2. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or bathing.

  3. Avoid overexposure to direct sunlight, heat and in particular humidity.

  4. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, creams and water.

  5. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to keep jewellery clean.

  Remember your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off at the end of your day.
